Keto diet is short for the Ketosis diet. Basically you get your body to burn fat instead of sugar. If you get hangry (angry when starving) or have much fatigue after you eat, you are most likely a sugar burner. For most of humanity, we did not snack nor had a constant source of sugar. Slowly changing what you eat, you can train your body to get into ketosis as needed. Where you burn body fat as a fuel source instead of sugar.
